4 Ways to Book an Appointment at Cornrows & Co.

Call-In. On the day you would like to have your hair styled, we can take you based on appointment availability. Call as early as 8:30 am, or leave a message if you get our voicemail at (202) 723-1827. Ext. 0.

Consultation by Appointment. Consultations are by appointment only for a fee of $25.00, paid in advance. During the consultation we will look at your hair, discuss your style options, answer your questions, determine the stylist and how much time is needed to schedule an appointment. Consultations are recommended if you are a first-time client or you are returning after six months. After the hair consultation, you can schedule a hair appointment. The $25.00 consultation fee will go towards a $20.00 - $50.00 appointment deposit. If the consultation by appointment is not convenient, do the call-in (see above).

* Mail-In Consultation (Out-of-town clients only). We will consult with you by telephone, after you have emailed or mailed recent photos (front, back, profile). Include a brief description of your hair condition, a description or picture of the hair style you would like, and telephone numbers for contacting you.

* Online Style Appointment. NOTE: NEW CUSTOMERS (or clients that have not been to the salon in 6 months) CANNOT BOOK AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT. Please call (202) 723-1827

Regular clients booking follow-up hair appointments must have, on file, a recent record of your hair condition and the last style we did for you. Fill out the book appointment form BELOW to email us your appointment request. A $20.00 or $50.00 deposit is required. To book an appointment online, you agree to our appointment cancellation policy. Please do not book online then call the salon to schedule, do one of the two. If you book online wait for your response and appointment confirmation code.

* All scheduled appointments require a non-refundable deposit.

I cannot make an online appointment without my agreement to your company policy. To cancel, change or reschedule my appointment, I will call (202) 723-1827. I understand that Deposits are non-refundable. If I need to change, reschedule or cancel my appointment date, I will give one-week notice. If I give less than one-week notice, I will lose my deposit. If I give more than one-week notice, my deposit can be used towards another appointment or towards the purchase of products. I will not alter or change the condition of my hair before my appointment at Cornrows & Co. this includes haircolor, relaxers, perms, trims, haircuts, etc.
