All products to domestic consumers (United States, its territories, and APO's) are shipped via the United States Post Office (USPO), priority mail with insurance. All requests for next-day air must be received by 11:00 A.M. EST Please check with your local post office to see if next- day service is available in your area. All orders paid by credit card, certified funds or money order will be shipped within ten days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) of receipt. All orders paid by personal check will be shipped within four weeks. Back-ordered products (items not in stock but anticipated for delivery) will be shipped later at no additional charge. You may request that the entire order be held until all products are available. Discontinued items will be credited immediately if you do not approve an available substitute item. NO MORE THAN THREE (3) BOOKS can be shipped at the consumer rate.
All products shipped outside of the United States, its territories, or APO's are shipped air parcel post with insurance, if available.
No refunds or exchanges on cosmetic products. Books are returnable within 5 days of receipt for exchange or refund of book cost only. There will be no refunds on shipping & handling. Returned books must be in sellable condition. If you need to make a return, please call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. For faster service, all returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Any delivery damage to books or any other merchandise should be reported to the carrier and Cornrows & Co. for return authorization and disposition. To cancel, change or reschedule my appointment, I will call (202) 723-1827. I understand that Deposits are nonrefundable. If I need to change, reschedule or cancel my appointment, I will give one-week notice, if I give less than one-week notice, I will lose my deposit. If I give more than one-week notice, my deposit can be used towards another appointment or towards the purchase of products.
